I think I have looked at myself long enough, so here are some really close shots of Tanner. He makes it hard to get a picture any other way. I just felt good that I am figuring out aperture more so I'm not shooting in auto ANYMORE:)

Here are a few portraits I took today.  I used my 50mm fixed lens and preferred an ISO of 400, though I tried both 200 and 800 to compare.  It is a dreary day in WA and I would like to try again when the sun is out.  I also wanted a quick shot, though I realize now after 87 pictures that I should have tried to let in more light.  Anyway my first post to my rejuvenated blog.  Oh yeah f1.8 or 2.2 were my other settings.  Depending on the pic.  In the end, the more pictures I took the more fun it became to pose and just enjoy.  Thanks for the inspiration Blaire.  It's fun to feel a little pretty.

Hasty Decision

So as I was sitting looking my pictures last night I was overwhelmed by the blur.  Yes, I know, my photos are not great.  I was actually really down on myself.  So I just deleted my blog.  Well here I am again to say that I am going to take a course, and I am going to get better.  I might re-post a couple shots that I thought were decent, but really let's just start fresh, right!  I might even change the address to my blog so stay tuned for that if you  follow this one.  Ok, here goes nothing--My Attempt. . .
